The shoulders have flouncy ruffles and we just adore the fresh feminine feel of this gorgeous dress. Fully lined of course, for a smooth and comfortable fit and the bust is adjustable to fit a larger or smaller bustline. We love the idea that you can lace up the front as tight or loose as you like.
