We are looking for an inspiring and hard-working Sales Assistant who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assist in the day to day operations of House of CB.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
 
This position is a broad-based sales-oriented and customer service role that supports the day-to-day operations of the West Region Retail Store located in Los Angeles, CA. Working a minimum of 30-40  hours per workweek.  The ideal candidate is energetic and is a customer service-oriented retail sales assistant. With us, you’ll share with customers your passion for and knowledge of clothing to find the perfect outfit while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers will enjoy their shopping experience and return for the unique apparel. You will also have the chance to design displays, to be featured on our recommended website and social media ad campaigns, and help create our seasonal promotions, all while enjoying the benefits of working on a cooperative and close-knit team. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge to provide personalized customer service ensuring it is always of the highest standard.
  • Operate ipads and perform related tasks, including answering emails, order processing, inspecting clothes for any damages,  processing shipment.
  • Shipping and receiving 
  • Be target orientated and support the management team with interpreting sales reports and suggesting fresh ideas to drive sales.
  • Straighten, arrange, stock and housekeeping, maintain shelving areas as directed by BOH management organized.
  • Ensure the store is well-maintained and assist with visual merchandising tasks.
  • Locate merchandise for customers, placing special orders to find desired items if necessary
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom as well as help process deliveries.
  • Work as part of a team and be proactive in multi-tasking while on the shop floor.
  • Handle refunds, returns, and exchanges with a focus on timeliness and customer service


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 
  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Motivated to drive sales and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible working hours with weekend availability 
  • Hold an interest in fashion
  • The ability and willingness to be hands-on to complete basic tasks on a day-to-day basis.
