JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Join the House of CB team as a Supervisor in the House of CB, Manchester Arndale store, and become a key player in an evolving global fashion phenomenon.

Through inspiring and organised leadership, you will motivate and oversee the retail team to ensure an exceptional level of service is being delivered to create a memorable and inclusive customer experience. Reporting directly to the Management team, you will contribute to the daily store operations to achieve strong sales and drive overall store performance.
 
Customer Experience:
•    Lead by example to create and maintain a positive, welcoming, and inspiring shopping experience through assisting customers at all touchpoints to deliver an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.
•    Train and motivate the team to expand employee knowledge to represent the brand positively at all times.
•    Confidently inform customers about the features and benefits of products.
•    Elevate the shopping experience through operating an inspiring, visually appealing and highly efficient space.
 
 
Sales & Profit:
•    Utilise your leadership experience to work innovatively and commercially within Company guidelines to consistently achieve sales targets.
•    Collaborate with the Management team to analyse performance, develop sales strategies and make confident decisions to increase store performance.
•    Maintain excellent knowledge of store KPI’s and provide insightful feedback on product performance, operational procedures, sales techniques and the customer experience.
•    Actively protect profit through managing inventory levels and minimising loss.

Visual & Merchandising:
•    Contribute to visual merchandising updates that captivate our customers and highlight our brands essence.
•    Oversee stock management such as daily replenishment, transfers, shipments and general organisational tasks to optimise efficient inventory levels.

People & Culture:
•    Support, motivate and empower your team to ensure brand expectations are achieved.
•    Use your leadership skills to train, develop, and assess the team’s performance as well deliver feedback.
•    Cultivate a positive and inclusive team where everybody feels valued, motivates and empowered
•    Follow and enforce health and safety routines to maintain the overall safety and well-being of our customers and colleagues.

  • A proven track record of leadership experience in the retail industry.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively lead, motivate and retain talent.
