Good news! When you make a House of CB purchase, you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service. This service operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive by Friday at the latest.
All UK orders take approx. 2-3 working days, however if your item is located in a different warehouse it may take up to 6-7 working days
Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
USA DELIVERY INFO
Good news! When you make a House of CB purchase, you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm.
All USA orders take approx. 2-3 working days. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday 4pm Pacific time to receive by Friday at the latest. Unfortunately, we do not offer a Saturday service or Next Day Delivery.
Please note, we don’t deliver to all USA locations. Delivery excludes: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands and the Virgin Islands.
We do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

Good news, as a House of CB member we can deliver your items Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm.
There is no next day delivery or Saturday service.
DELIVERY SERVICE
All our international deliveries are handled by UPS, FedEx, DPD, TNT and Troll.
Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At House of CB we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Guess what? We have return depots located in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada and Spain for super easy returns. You can easily find the return address included in your order.
All orders placed now can be returned within 28 days of being received. This applies to online orders and purchases made in our store.
Our stores will also be accepting return of online purchases. All you have to do is drop your return in store if that’s the best option for you.
Unfortunately for concession stores, you will only be able to return orders purchased in that concession.
RETURNS
Sometimes things don’t work out – we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by House of CB when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
For added ease, you’ll find our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery for a hassle-free process. Just make sure you send your return back to us within 28 days of receipt.
If you’ve mislaid your returns sheet, don’t panic. Just send us an email at RETURNS@HOUSEOFCB.COM and we’ll be happy to help.
When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry – we make sure this is clearly stated upon purchase.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more information regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing the return.
Credit notes can only be used in our online store.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
EXCHANGES

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by House of CB when sent back.

Feel free to be picky – you can exchange your item for any size or item (dependent on stock), and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.
If you want to treat yourself with a replacement that costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at RETURNS@HOUSEOFCB.COM If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry – we’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lowerpriced item.
SALE ITEMS
We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store.
3 for £160 deals are not returnable for exchange, refund or store credit.
£45 sale items are not returnable for exchange, refund or store credit.
5 for £100 promos are not returnable for exchange, refund or store credit.
LATE RETURNS
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 28 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 28 days may be returned to you
CARRIERS TO RETURN
Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Don't use DHL or TNT to return your orders as these carriers will not deliver to us.
INSURANCE
House of CB insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it’s delivered to you. For all deliveries, we require a signature. At this point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Sending the item to someone else? If you got your House of CB items as a gift or something similar, the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
OUR POLICY
We take pride of our House of CB items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

SOME USEFUL TIPS
We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays aren’t fun for anyone so we’ll do our best to make it quick.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
To minimise delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
